The AURC Team
The Australian University Rocketry Challenge is delivered by a dedicated team of volunteers from the Australian Youth Aerospace Association (AYAA). Our team brings together students and young professionals from across Australia who are passionate about advancing hands-on aerospace education and creating meaningful opportunities for university teams.
From safety and logistics to judging and industry engagement, every member of the AURC team plays a vital role in making the competition possible. We’re proud to support the next generation of aerospace innovators and to help foster a thriving, inclusive rocketry community across the country.
Several senior executive volunteers from the Australian Youth Aerospace Association also support the AURC each year, contributing their experience across safety, operations, partnerships, and governance. Their guidance helps ensure the event runs smoothly, aligns with AYAA’s broader mission, and continues to uphold the high standards of professionalism and safety that make AURC a flagship national program.
